In the current climate, with dealers significantly overcharging customers, Brokers provide an important service to members of all communities, and will go above and beyond for their clients to ensure they have top notch service. Brokers network with their dealers to find you the best price. We also provide assistance to Non-English speaking clients, as well as specialty/mobility customer who are disabled. Your average dealer will turn them away, yet brokers go to bat making sure the pricing is right and the necessary modifications have been done.
VOTE NO ON S07533 (THOMAS) / A03499 (CARROLL)
Opposing Senate Bill S07533 and Assembly Bill A03499. The legislation hurts consumers' ability to one stop shop for automobiles and limits their access to the best deal. S07533/A03499 would create a new category of automobile business broker licenses which will put automobile brokers out of business and hurt consumers, especially in non-English speaking communities.
